THE HEART KNOWS, THE MIND CAN LIE, THE MOUTH SPEAKS, AND THE BODY MOVES

4/29  I'm working on trading cards for my Printmaking final...I'm gonna turn them in today at some point so that I can get away (hopefully) with not showing up on Saturday.

I'll post what they look like on my other blog.

5/3  I'm bad at finishing blogs when I start them...

take it like a human who's turned off by the taste of blood

take it like the girl in the back of the class room that always gets chosen to answer the questions because she looks like she's sleeping all the time

take it like the dog that fights for its life night after night...and wins but is forced fight more.
It's not about liking living, but taking whatever punches are thrown and making sure you don't let them pull you under the waves that are knocking your temples to rocks underneath the sea foam.

Sometimes I come up with interesting little poem-like things that are out of the ordinary, made out of ordinary things.  I like them best when they come from no where.  Sometimes my best work comes from rewriting something without knowing where it is going.  I came up with some pretty good poems in English class back in the day.

I was picking up my room...but now I'm blogging...all is well though.
At 1 I can go get my graded Luther paper from Dr. Schneider's office and then I can come up with a presentation for it.  I want it to be creative but I'm just not sure if she'll like it if I'm too creative.  Maybe I should just go for it...it has to be 10 minutes long yet I really am not sure how to be creative about Luther and the devil.

Well, it's time to get back to packing I guess.  I took the picture of Brandt's plate after I made the syrup into a heart shape.
