GOD AND THE BEACH

Wow that trip was fun! From July, Sunday the 27th till the 31st Dolly and Joan got to experience the joy that us 4 girls throw randomly at people every day. Holly left early, Katie came late, and Andie and I stayed the whole time. Us girls stayed at The Dunes where we roomed next to some surfers and three floors above floor six where Dakoda and his brother Payton became known to us while we entertained them with our awesomeness. But stay away from the fifth floor because that's where the creepsters sleep! ;) The beach was just calling us, so we sang into the waves, gave bear hugs to them, and admired the fish that jumped in between them.

don't whistle at 3 hot girls when there's only 1 of you...that just makes you a loser, you should at least turn around and have a buddy with you and try to pick us up, that way you're a creep and not just a weirdo. k?

crafting, making cards with lots of joan's sweet new sticky paper and stamps. what an inspiration! I'm going to make blank ones and see if people want to buy them or something good idea!

swimming in the pool, get your noodle away from my kid, going from the heat exhausted self to the invigorated self by jumping into the pool after being in the hot tub. our last morning went to swimming in the pool, we had splash contests and diving contests...dolly and joan even jumped from the hot tub to the pool with us! good stuff. joani is such a cutie! ha!

So answer me this: We go as just a girl group last year, then the boys cry about it, so then what happens...we end up going as another girl group...girls are just meant to go to the beach by themselves i guess!

shopping: went well, i didn't buy any clothing sadly, though i wanted to really badly!!! i figured i could just make most of it somehow, but when would i make time for that? some weekend i guess.

kim didn't get to go b/c of work, but i forgive camp chrysalis, we all still had a great time, though those quiet moments in the car and at the dinner table would have probably had more words :)
